6. Website Analytics and Enquiry Measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 and limited first-party website code to understand visits and interactions. This may include page views, referral source, browser or device information, approximate geographic information, and interactions such as opening an “Enquire” panel or successfully sending an enquiry form.
For gallery reporting, an Enquire interaction may be associated with the relevant artist, artwork, exhibition, and page type. The analytics code used for this purpose does not read or send the name, email address, telephone number, or message entered in the enquiry form.
Analytics providers may process technical identifiers such as cookie identifiers and IP-address-derived information, depending on your browser, provider settings, and applicable consent choices. You can restrict cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings.

7. Limited Email Open Measurement
Some gallery emails may contain a small transparent image, often called a tracking pixel, or an equivalent technical feature supplied by our mailing provider. When remote images are loaded, this can indicate that an email appears to have been opened and the approximate date and time of that opening. The signal may be associated with the relevant recipient and campaign.
Loading the image may also cause technical information needed to deliver it, such as an IP address and limited device or email-client information, to be processed by the mailing provider. We use this limited engagement information to assess whether our communications are useful and to improve their relevance and frequency.
Email-open information is approximate: privacy tools, image proxies, caching, or blocked remote images can create or suppress an apparent opening. We therefore treat it as an indication rather than proof that a particular person read a message.
You can limit this measurement by disabling automatic loading of remote images in your email application. You may also unsubscribe or object to marketing and related engagement measurement by contacting us at gallery@patricialow.com.

8. Data Retention
Mailing-list data is generally retained while you remain subscribed. A limited suppression record may be retained where necessary to respect an unsubscribe request.
Enquiry, RSVP, and correspondence data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant gallery activity, relationship, or legal obligation.
Event-level Google Analytics data is currently configured with a two-month retention period. Aggregated reports may remain available for longer. Limited email engagement data is retained only as long as needed to evaluate communications and manage the mailing relationship, subject to the mailing provider’s account settings.
When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
